Cant turn off ping. So we pay a ping service fee even if we choose cash and ping was not used?
can you clear this up for me. seems the ping option is permanently on , does this mean you will take a ping service fee from me even if the buyer paid cash? if so what is the ping fee covering when the buyer paid cash. 2.19% of every trade for'' service fees'' what service fees am i paying for if i selected cash as a option?

Kia ora tradingstuffnz, as Callum said, Ping fees are transaction fees and are only charged to the seller when the buyer pays using Ping. The Service Fees are tiered and are calculated based on the purchase price, these are paid by the buyer and helps us keep the lights on and allows us to provide a safe, supported environment for Kiwi to trade. So can a buyer pay in part for fees with PING to Trade me and the rest of the transaction in Cash to the Seller?

Hello again Howold. No. Not directly. A buyer can only pay the full amount with Ping. Buyers or sellers can't adjust what they pay after the item has closed.
However if a seller has "Shipping to be arranged" that can be paid with cash or bank deposit after the auction closes. A seller can also make partial or full refunds with Ping.
