Banned by trademe
Hi,
I applied to purchase an item at full price. Everything went smoothly, but then the seller texted me to say that I had been banned from trademe. I cannot find any evidence of being banned on my trademe account, nor can I see any reason why this has happened. Any help?

Sorry to read you haven't heard from a staff member after your last Post was directed to the Team to help you out there, just have a quick look in your spam/junk folder incase an email from support staff has gone there, - if not, as your Seller gave you incorrect information on your account status select the blue speech bubble Bottom Right of your screen and select the text box 'Leave a message with the team' - include the Listing number or reference number enabling staff to pull the listing up readily, also include a screenshot file of that text message from the Seller, you should receive an email transcript of your reporting and a staff member will email you back once they've sighted this. - All the Best.
