No more success fees for Casual Sellers
So..as In-Trade..can we expect at the very least a decrease in the percentage we are charge for Success Fees? Or is this change ONLY going to benefit Casual Sellers?

The bigger picture, how many Intrade Sellers will now start selling on casual accounts, as It was a lot of those casual sellers should be Intrade?,
Hopefully they will now make more of those casual sellers Intrade, whom are already avoiding Intrade Fees,

cratecurator You might find your sales increase as buyers search out in-trade sellers so they don't have to pay the service fee.
There seems to have been a recent big push flossy63 where casual sellers suspected of being in-trade were switched over by Trade Me without any say from the sellers themselves. I got a bunch of warnings on my Private account myself. So they are probably already onto that. :)

Here’s hoping there are positive changes to clearly differentiate who is in trade and who isn’t. The tiny almost impossible to see in trade banner is somewhat pointless. With these changes we need to have clear differentiation.

Not sure how TM will apply a service fee?

Pretty simple mme. As Ping is mandated, the fee is added to the purchase price. For a buynow you just won't be able to buy anything. It's inbuilt to the checkout process. For an auction, you could refuse to pay, then you would get the usual negative feedback and note against your account for refusing to complete the transaction.

So a buyer would have to figure out how much the service fee would be on their own or would it get added ...

It will be added, but its not rocket science
Service Fee tiers
$0.00 - $20.00 = Free
$20.01 - $100.00 = $0.99
$100.01 - $250.00 = $1.99
$250.01 + = $4.991
