Watchlist no longer accurate in real time
Anyone noticed that watchlisted items are no longer updated in real time and lagged way behind actual bidding?
Using iPhone iOS TradeMe App v255.0. Am constantly refreshing but it does not show true real time state of bidding. Need to click into auctions to see that.

You do need to consistently refresh the watchlist screen to keep it updated with real time. - If you mean something else can you please expand, screenshots are also helpful so we can see what you are. - Cheers.

A couple of things to try...
- Uninstall the iOS App and reinstall it to see if a fresh start clears the issue for you.
- Check your device date & time settings are set to automatic.
I'm not currently able to test the iOS system however another Member will be who may be able to add value for you.

I have been bidding on items on my watchlist several times lately and the listing disappears from my watchlist and i misd out. I have emailed trademe each time nothing changes. Whats that about.

If a Casual Seller has the 'Make an Offer' option on their listing offers, counter offers & acceptance of either by either party closes the listing then & there. - Cheers.

Yes! Offers end when the reserve price has been reached.
Are your items, having met reserve not in your Lost items either?

It disappears from watchlist whilst auction is running and im bidding and cant be found anywhere until auction ends and it goes into lost. I bid and was outbid and went to bid 3 seconds later and listing evaporated. So couldnt bid again

As a casual seller we have been mystified why we have had watchers disappear overall, can't see who is watching or which part of the country, our Fixed Price Offers to our watchers going no where - all this in the last 12 or so months.
Used to be able to have smooth trade and swift Communications with our Watchers.
Your information is very helpful to clarify there's a multitude of problems with Trade Me as a result of Technical/ so called "Upgrades".
If we were an investor in APAX we would be asking serious questions about misappropriation of funds amongst other questions.
We doubt they would have bothered in investing in what's become a lemon of a website.
Perhaps APAX need to ask serious questions of what's going on in the background who is creating these problems for us all.

Kia ora Howold, when sending out a fixed price offer for listings created on our new system, it goes to all watchers, you don't get the opportunity to choose which watchers like you do for listings on the old system.

Why has this changed do you know Michelle?
It has always been of benefit to see who is watchlisting to factor into account if that person is online 24/7, as in regularly, or perhaps someone who isn't internet savy, or living in an area where they don't have the same access to everyday internet provisions like some in here daily.
It has been a key valuable service we have used to decide how many days to provide Fixed Offers and helped to generate smooth sales that have benefited all including Trade me.

=Kia ora Howold, when building Fixed Price Offers on our new system we had to make a call around which features to include, and as most offers are sent to all watchers we didn't prioritise the ability to select certain members on the new system. Sending your offer to all watchers means you reach a wider group and increases the potential chance of a sale.
