How to contact Trade Me to fix a problem
How do we get contact with a HUMAN at Trade Me.
please dont say go to the Chat Bot as It says "off line".
We a tired of trying to contact a human to get answers to fixing several problems.

Hello dragonplace. It's all explained in the help file. I'm not sure why it says it's offline for you, but it can happen from time to time. It's working for me now at the time of this answer.

it has been "off line" for 4 weeks now.
the Help file does not help at all.
We need a human but cant contact one.
HOW do we get to communicate with a human?

It's online for me. Tried again just now. However there have been some posts about it being offline in the past for some people.
Have you tried all the usual stuff like cache and cookies clear?

TradeMe contact is now entirely online through the Bot - with the Offline message are you still able to enter and send a message? - I have had one of my submitted messages go through to the CS Team and replied to although I've been in the Offline window. - Otherwise if you've cleared your cookies & cache and updated your Device to the latest version check further troubleshooting steps found in the Help files, depending on which device you're using. - If you want to share the issues you're experiencing another Member may be able to help you out.
I have struck this Offline message several times myself and have sent several reports into TradeMe, 1 of my Posts has been archived though the following hasn't & can be added to...
