Which account are you wishing to withdraw your balance from?

We can't withdraw money from our TradeMe account However if you have made an accidental payment into that account you can contact a staff member direct for assistance with this.

If you're wishing to withdraw the balance of your Ping account you can make a Transfer out which can be set up for Automatic or Manual withdraws - Refer to the Help file Below...

To contact a staff member select the words Contact us in very fine print at the Bottom of most TradeMe pages including your Post > Select the blue speech icon on the Bottom Right of your Landing page > Type Talk to person in the Bottom of the Chat Bot window below the text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Cheers.

Did you manage to get your money back from Trade me?

It's really important this is displayed in a place of it's own for all users because one may reasonably assume there's a tidy sum on the public's monies sitting in Trade me Bank account.

Alas interest isn't great these days.
