Cancel Book a Courier postage

If you select 'Contact us' at the Bottom of the Book a Courier Help page your Landing page is a form for you to complete for the Refund. You do contact the courier company first to cancel the booking which you've done by phoning them. - Cheers.

Hello bmunga. You cancel it directly with the courier. Then contact Trade Me to get it refunded.

The process for canceling a courier is clear as per the screenshot of TradeMe Help Guides you've been provided, it is possible you've had a trainee answer your call when you phoned Aramex. Phone back to cancel the job with the provided courier number then follow through with TradeMe for the refund. 

Just get in contact with Trade Me and explain what has happened - they will refund for the postage. Then ring the courier and cancel the pick up.
