Adding a tracking number manually
I am trying to manually add a NZ Post tracking number to one of my sold items. It used to be possible but with this new stupid upgrade I am able to add it. Is it still possible or have they stopped us from being able to do it.

Hello Rich
Correct. You can no longer manually add a tracking number on the new sold page.
If that is important to you your only solution at the moment is to use the My Products system. This has a more detailed sold tab where you can still add tracking numbers.
You can also use the "tell us what you think" link at the bottom of your new sold page to explain that you can no longer do it.

Sorry, I cannot really help you here as my sold folder is still old format, There are other posts about issues with the new sold pages, maybe you what to add your comment in one of them,
I am a My Products user, so we have a drop down to manually add tracking, if you click on Courier Company a big drop down list appears to select from, if we do not use the Book a Courier,
Putting Tracking in here does update your sold items on Trade Me,as it does show on my casual account in my sold on new format, this is another good reason, for people to try out my products, as we do not have the same issues, problems and nightmares, some of you are experiencing on the actual website, with them making changes,

I'm having the same issue, and after a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong attempt to find out, with 'The Customer Diservice Team' what's happened, I learned the feature has been removed when the desktop version of the site was removed.
In that discussion I was stunned to learn the current, non-desktop, version is still under development.
I've also noted that I have not received any delivery instructions or contact numbers, since the desktop version has been removed.
I'm assuming they have never heard of the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
I can't think of anything I would call an improvement since the poms took ownership.0
