Kia ora Pip, if you are getting this error on the app, try using the desktop site to see if it will work. The maximum auction length is 10 days, days are calculated from the time the listing starts. You might be getting this error if the end time you are choosing means the listing is longer than 10 days.

I getting 2 different sort of listing types a 6 page & 2 page. I'd prefer the 2 page that I always had on my phone. Also for drop the price by a % thing. That gone to. When I edited some auctions theyve jump forward a day which I hasn't wanted & sometimes change a 25cent fee.
I have 3 different variations of relisting edit & relist when I don't need to edit anything, relist & some that have no capacity to relist at all!

Hello Pip, I have this morning, successfully edited the closing time on one of ours. We use desktop. It may be worth having another try. Good luck!

Kia ora Victoria, we are making changes to the site which will make it easier for us to introduce new tools and features to make the site better. These changes are being rolled out gradually, while this is happening some features are temporarily unavailable for some listings. You can find more info on the changes here. The team are working incredibly hard and you can use 'Tell us what you think' to give us feedback. In the mean time My Products is unaffected, so you may want to give it a go. It's easy to use and lots of help here on Community if you need it.

I read the info at the link & it's not really helpful. Usually, updates can be done without compromising any functions of your listings. The site is unworkable. You never know which listing you can't do FPO on.
Why am I getting 2 different formats for editing & why does it jump forward a day when I'm editing, sometimes charging 25c
I just realised that editing I had to do change the delivery options, which go round & round in a circle, also wiped out size colour & brand.
I usually sell 3 items a week but I've only sold 2 things in last 3 weeks

Kia ora Victoria, the different formats for editing could be down to whether listings are under the new system or old one, it's difficult to say for sure without looking at the listings. Get in touch with the team on chat with your listing numbers, and the issues you've experienced and they will take a look. My products is unaffected by the changes to the site, you can use it to automatically send out FPOs and to update shipping options.

Thanks but I can't use My Products I have a TBI & no short, short term memory. I'm too stressed by other things happening & would need one on one lessons
Some of my listings have no capacity to relist! Please TM just stop fuxing things. It all too much for me. Unworkable delivery options

There's a great word. Fuxing. Either as an unintended typo or a blend of a couple of words to describe the frustration felt by the wee glitches.

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions.
I thought I had successfully change the closing time of my six auctions on my phone….only to discover that all of them were then closing Wednesday around 1:30 pm. Definitely not the times I had listed them for closing. I had put in the evening around 8 pm, so that was a total disappointment. I have since logged on using my husband‘s laptop, and managed to successfully change all 6 to the dates and times I wanted. Very frustrating…. probably something to do with the update going on, reading the various comments.
My husband was also trying to offer a fixed price for unsold items, only to find he was unable to do it unless he relisted them. Because of the TM update going on. So that was disappointing and not at all helpful for him.0 -

Just in case you weren't aware Pip. You don't actually have to USE a laptop or computer to go to the Desktop site. You can do it from your phone. Just type trademe.co.nz into your safari browser on your iphone.
