12 days.

There are a few things you can do

1. check spam

2. Make sure you have sent your address via Trade Me

3. Leave feedback (happy or neutral, you can change it later) asking for contact

4. Ask questions on their other listings if they have any

Hi mary-anne, to contact Trade Me, scroll-down to the words Contact Us, at the very bottom of the page, click on that, then, when a blue bubble appears, on the right, type-in Talk to a person, to do an email-chat with a Trade Me staff-member. You can also put-in a request to claim-back your selling-fees.

Once you've followed Callum's advice, if you're still not able to contact your Seller you can reach out to a staff member through the Live Chat facility to file a No Contact report.

 To contact a staff member directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
