    Hi flossy63, yes, I, too, stick to using a real computer/laptop and not a mobile-phone/devices/apps. (I have a Laptop that is a few years old and that does not allow apps.) How do you bookmark old pages, please? (I have heard of the term to bookmark a page, but don't know how to do it.) Thank you for letting me know that Lucy has been replaced by Michelle. How do you find out who is the latest TM staff-member? (I addressed my comment to Lucy as she was on here 22 days ago, so I didn't know that she had moved on from doing comments.)

    To T, if you wanted to contact Trade Me, about the problem you had about the seller not refunding you, scroll down to the words Contact Us, at the very bottom of your TM pages. A blue circle Chat will appear on the right-hand side, and a robot will then answer. To bypass the robot, type-in Talk to a person. If you do this 9.30am-5pm weekdays/9.30am-4pm weekends, then, after a few minutes, a staff-member should answer, and then you can do a live email-chat with that person, about your problem. If after-hours, you could leave a message for someone to get back to you, but I prefer to do a live...

    To current Trade Me staff (Michelle, etc.), why isn't Trade Me taking notice of all the negative feedback, from Trade Me members, to your stupid new-look on our selling pages, and fixing this to change back to the good old-look? The new-look means that you cannot quickly or easily click-on and find unanwered questions or listings with bids (in fact, I missed seeing a question, about postage, as I overlooked it, because of your stupid new-look, so could have easily missed out on a sale, because of that! The TM email, about the unanswered question, had gone into my promotions emails, instead ...

    Hi Victoria, I suggest going to Chat (via the Contact Us words at the bottom of most of your TM pages), and do this when TM Customer Service is open (from 9.30 am). When a robot answers, to bypass the robot, type in Talk to a person. Then you will be able to do an email-chat with a real Trade Me customer-service person, to get answers to your questions. I have found that to be the best way to get an answer from TM, rather than leaving a message. I have been getting similar buyers-delivery emails also. Fortunately, it is only sometimes..     If Trade Me continues to mess-up my Trade Me pages, I will go elsewhere to sell, such as Neighbourly (www.neighbourly.co.nz) or Facebook, rather than persevere with messed-up Trade Me pages!

    By clicking the Desktop site link, it did revert back to the normal-look for my Items I'm Selling page. But I am still going to contact Trade Me tomorrow, as I believe that the stupid, faint, hard-to-read, new-look shouldn't have happened at all, in the first place, by Trade Me messing around with the system, instead of leaving it as it was! It seems to be a Trade Me glitch, as other Trade Me members appear to be suffering similar problems & frustration with the new-look.

    Hi Copper, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the problem is still continuing! Others on Community have reported similar issues with the new-look page. I fixed the problem yesterday, by clicking on Desktop site (in very tiny, faint print, on the bottom line on the new-look Items I'm Selling page), but, when I opened up that page today, it had reverted back to the stupid new-look again!   So, I will be complaining to Trade Me tomorrow via the Contact Us words, at the bottom of my Trade Me page. With today being Anzac day holiday, there will be only a robot response.   So, if you find ...

    I had a similar problem, but Trade Me advised me to scroll down to the bottom of the new-look Items I'm Selling page (that was so hard-to-read and absolutely infuriating to try to use), and then click on the Desktop word, from my laptop. That has now fixed the problem, so I have at last, thankfully, got my previous Items I'm Selling page back.So, I sugggest you do that, too. Scroll down to Desktop, on your problem, new-look, page, and click on Desktop to fix the problem, and change the page back to what it was looking like.

    I suggest that you scroll down to the words Contact Us (on the bottom line, on the right, on most of your Trade Me pages, then, on the right, a blue-circle will appear. Click on that, then, to bypass the robot-response, and do an online email-Chat with a Trade Me customer-service person, type-in Talk to a person, then, after a few minutes, a TM customer-service person should reply, then you can correspond with that person.
