Cannot login to TM mobile app
AnsweredHi, I cannot login on the TM mobile app.
I can login fine on PC, and on the phone with chrome web browser (default browser), however the app refuses to log in. it gives an error after username/password screen, does not prsent the screen asking for 2factor auth code.
I have cleared the TM app data/cache on the phone, and also manually typing in email/password rather than autofill
The issue persists both when using my home network , as well as when using 5g network.
The error i get on app is : net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
app version: 229.0
phone OS version: one ui 7.0, android version 15, security patch leve 1 june 2025.
phone : samsung s24 ultra

I'm having trouble too.
I can't log in to my in trade account. My password and e-mail are definitely correct but I keep getting told they're not. I was able to log back in to my personal account though.

Kia ora Amrit and Kathryn, sorry to hear about the problems you're having logging in, try deleting and reinstalling the app to start it from fresh, also try our troubleshooting tips.

The Android App was last updated on 6 Jul 2025 - Therefore you will need to update your App Amrit which deleting the App & Reinstalling will also do - The Apps are updated quite frequently so it pays to keep an eye on. - Cheers.

thanks, deleting and then installing from scratch resolved it. the app version is stil lthe same (229.0) so maybe was some other issue on my phone with it. Cheers
