Request for Success Fee Refund – Sale Did Not Complete
AnsweredRequest a refund of the success fee for a listing where the buyer did not complete the purchase. Unfortunately, more than 45 days have passed since the sale, so I can no longer mark the trade as incomplete through my account.Despite my attempts to contact the buyer, they never came to collect the item and no payment was made.
I have gone on 'my request'. But not sure on how to 'select the subject of conversation', and upload it,Where is this option ?

If you go to this help page and start a chat using the blue chat bubble toward the bottom right of the screen, you'll be able to request a success fee refund. Let the bot know that you're requesting a success fee refund for a trade that's older than 45 days, if it's unable to help ask to 'talk to a person'.

Sorry you've got lost contacting TradeMe staff,
To contact a staff member directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours. - Cheers.0 -
