Request a refund of the success fee for a listing where the buyer did not complete the purchase. Unfortunately, more than 45 days have passed since the sale, so I can no longer mark the trade as incomplete through my account.Despite my attempts to contact the buyer, they never came to collect the item and no payment was made.  I have gone on 'my request'. But not sure on how to 'select the subject of conversation', and upload it,Where is this option ?
