How do you actually get in contact with trade me to get something edited?
AnsweredTheir help system is like a maze that keeps popping me out at the beginning....I have feedback that needs to be edited after someone clicked the wrong button while writing it...(Its positive fedback with a red face...)
Even their "if you cant find what you are looking for" button is a start again button. Very frustrating...

Sorry to read you've got lost there,
You can Dispute the Feedback & write your reasoning Or Contact a staff member direct through Live Chat - Both ways you will need to have a screenshot of the Member stating they had made a mistake in placing the incorrect face colour. - Really that Member can contact TradeMe themselves if they are unable to Edit their feedback placed to change this.

To contact a staff member with your screenshot directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours. - Cheers.1 -

Hi Timothy, you haven't specifically stated that you have contacted the trader and asked them if they can edit the feedback. If you havent, this would normally be you first step

Hi AJ. Thank you. I was probably not the happiest person when I wrote the post. Frustration had crept in and hung around for a while at that point. While I read it several times to make sure it did not sound angry, I was clearly not as focused as I should have been. That was what I did first but while the seller wants to change it, he is unable to. I have been trying because he had issues doing exactly what I was doing....The first reply hopefully will enable him to sort it. Cheers
