Hi AJ. Thank you. I was probably not the happiest person when I wrote the post. Frustration had crept in and hung around for a while at that point. While I read it several times to make sure it did not sound angry, I was clearly not as focused as I should have been. That was what I did first but while the seller wants to change it, he is unable to. I have been trying because he had issues doing exactly what I was doing....The first reply hopefully will enable him to sort it. Cheers
Their help system is like a maze that keeps popping me out at the beginning....I have feedback that needs to be edited after someone clicked the wrong button while writing it...(Its positive fedback with a red face...) Even their "if you cant find what you are looking for" button is a start again button. Very frustrating...
In all honesty I have tried all of that and have pretty much given up. Its really only an issue within the app so I will probably just delete the app and use the desktop version through the browser.....
I have an unread message on the app that my app will not open. Not able to access it via the desktop....I liked it when the site used to work...now it seems they dont care.....
