Hi,
I believe I’ve got feedback that according to your policies should be removed, but when I go to your disputes process I get a 409 error. Can you please help with how I do this.

This is a direct Link to the Feedback Dispute form which works for me on the Desktop site - MS Edge Browser - Cheers.

Callum Community SuperuserHello Danielle. Are you going to the correct place? The feedback dispute link is below. You didn't mention if you are the buyer or the seller, there is a different link depending which one.
Scroll to the bottom and hit File a report. I tested just now, I don't get a 409
