Item paid for by Ping, but no postage paid

The easiest way to solve this is to have the postage amounts listed in your auction, so they can include it in their ping payment. Depending on the size of the item, I have a local price, north island price and south island price - and then one of each for RD or non RD. This wont suit everyone/item, but its a good option to consider

Yes, you need to have your shipping costs stated. It makes everything easier for everyone. Including yourself. You can't blame the buyers. They want a fast transaction, not to mess around with emails to and fro about shipping costs. The ball is firmly in your court here Izabelle.

You can have shipping costs applied to a Listing though that doesn't currently bring up address's for the Buyer to select, it only brings up the shipping costs to select. - Currently the only way to bring up the address to select is if the Buyer chooses the 'Buy Now' option or the 'Make an Offer' option. - I've just run through a trial of this onsite. - You can have a Buy Now Listing which is also an auction, if you select to 'Place a bid' only the shipping options come up to select - If you choose the 'Buy Now' on the same or different Listing(s) the shipping & the address selections Both appear - Cheers.

That is actually so helpfull I know because I’m in trade the make an offer option is not available to me,my buyers often say they can’t add their delivery address to trade me so they email me instead.Its a work in progress with navigating trade me to me but having helpfull staff does help so thank you to the admin staff for your assistance.

yes the new format is crap, i do not select ping as it cost you extra money and dramas

can anyone help with turning ping off? i accidentally clicked the enable banner when i was managing my listings and now i cant find how to disable it again  :(

Hello sms. If you listed this item on Sunday you might not be able to. Ping was auto-enabled as part of a promotion. Any other days you just hit edit and change as necessary. If the item has bids you wont be able to change those either.
