Can’t remove our rental listing

If you click anywhere within your Rental Listing from your 'Items I'm selling' page you will open the Listing detail page which contains the withdraw option on the Right hand side. - Cheers.

Despite the advice from TM, no rental listing appears when the listing on My TM is clicked, so can’t cancel the listing, - I’ve found tenants but can’t cancel the listing which is very frustrating and wastes everyone’s time who replies

I’ve left a message for The Team, but no response yet .. it’s maddening as there’s no way to withdraw the listing and I’m getting multiple enquiries..

I am in the same situation as others above, I have rented my property but cannot delete the listing, why is your site so difficult to action such a simple task? Someone please contact me.

It simply does not show up, I need to delete the listing, the house has been rented, I cannot reply to you.
This is all getting too hard, there is no sign of “withdraw the listing” can you please Delete the listing before I tear my hair out!

Kia ora Dale, not a problem, we've taken care of that for you now. Here's a link to our troubleshooting page, you might want to clear your cookies/cache as that could be the reason you were unable to see the withdraw listing option. 

Can you please delete my listing - I am just so over this. Looking at so many others questions its blatantly clear that others have this same problem and that is to do with your website and it should be so easy to delete a rental listing when you have tenants. I do not wish to continue to sort this…. Can you please delete my listing -mend of. I have spent so much time and it’s totally frustrating. Years ago we could have phoned Trade Me, not so now you hide behind generated answers!

Kia ora Dale, we've removed your listing for you so you won't get contact from prospective tenants. If others are having this same problem, not being able to withdraw a rental listing, contact us with the listing number and the team will help you out.

As with others this seems to be a fault in the Trademe site. There is no way to withdraw a rental listing once rented. Very frustrating for both the landlord and prospective tenants.

Found the solution. The withdraw listing option is available on a computer but not on the mobile app.

I have the same problem, unable to withdraw my rental listi g. Have asked Trade Me twice to withdraw the listing for me but its still showing.
Shouldnt have to go through this each time i advertise and this issue has been happening for years.

I have the same problem. No obvious delete or withdraw button. Only option is to edit. So frustrating
