SUCCESSION FEES
I have sent buyer - who put an offer in on my machine - a few emails now advising how to pay and repeatedly asking them for their shipping address. But nothing. Trade Me website not showing any of the "how to apply for your succession fees" menu due to the website upgrades are making it impossible to get this sorted. HELP HELP

Does not show up for me. I have checked that i am using up to date version of the app

Utterly frustrating, I am going around in circles. Lots of drop down menus to no where. Not good enough.

Hello again Leann. You didn't mention you were using the App. But from there you simply click onto the item then scroll down until you see the heading "If the sale falls through...." Click this blue link and it will open up the refund request tab for you.

So I clicked into my listing BUT there is no such a menu visible in my listing. Help0 -
I have checked on my desktop also unable to see the menu that you are talking about

Leanne, not sure which of the apps you are using, but if I look at a sale on the android app just now it shows me this when I click in to the sold item in my sold items page and scroll down. If I click the Find out how link, it opens up another page for me to confirm the success fee refund details. Might look different on ios.

Yes, same on iOS. There is a 45 day time limit for requesting fees back Leann. If that’s passed you won’t be able to do it directly. But you could still contact Trade Me and they might process a manual refund in that case.
