New to Trade Me, accidental payment
AnsweredHi there! I'me quite new to Trademe and NZ. I've accidentally topped up too much (like 400 dollars) my Trademeaccount. I thought that i might have used this money to buy items, but that's not how it works (i discover today). I wrote last thursday to Trademe help and didn't get any response for now. Has someone ever had this kind of experience? i hope i can fix this situation because i have like 400 dollars stucked in my Trademe account for no use at all. DanieleĀ

You can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up inĀ blueĀ at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversationĀ -Ā Talk toĀ person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter Talk to person twice if you aren't transferred the first time.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
