Hi there! I'me quite new to Trademe and NZ. I've accidentally topped up too much (like 400 dollars) my Trademeaccount. I thought that i might have used this money to buy items, but that's not how it works (i discover today). I wrote last thursday to Trademe help and didn't get any response for now. Has someone ever had this kind of experience? i hope i can fix this situation because i have like 400 dollars stucked in my Trademe account for no use at all. Daniele
