If you’ve made an accidental payment to your Trade Me account, you can request a refund

If you’ve paid another member by mistake, you'll need to contact them directly to organise a refund. If you're not able to contact them, get in touch with us.

Refunds

Ping payments will be refunded to the funding source.

Internet banking payments will be refunded to your bank account – we'll need to know your bank account name and number.
