If you’ve accidentally made a payment to your Trade Me account, you can request a refund by getting in touch below.
Payments to another member
If you’ve paid another member by mistake, you'll need to contact them directly to organise a refund. If you're not able to contact them, get in touch with us below.
Ping payments will be refunded to the funding source.
Internet banking payments will be refunded to your bank account – we'll need to know your bank account name and number.
