Finding chat bot

I note that the only way you can contact Trade Me seems to be by using the Chat Pot. I've looked up a lot of the Trade Me site and it refers to the Chat Bot icon being found at the bottom of the right hand side of the relevant page. But there is no Chat Bot icon. How are you supposed to contact Trade Me if there's no icon?

If you select Contact us from the very bottom of most site pages, including your comment page, the Chat Bot should pop up on that page for you. - If you're having no luck ensure you're signed in, update your device to the latest version, clear your cookies & cache incase a redundant one is interfering there. - If you type Trouble in the search bar at the Top of that Post page a drop-down menu will appear for you to select either the Apps or website troubleshooting page. - Let us know how you get on. - Cheers.
