Finding chat bot

I note that the only way you can contact Trade Me seems to be by using the Chat Pot. I've looked up a lot of the Trade Me site and it refers to the Chat Bot icon being found at the bottom of the right hand side of the relevant page. But there is no Chat Bot icon. How are you supposed to contact Trade Me if there's no icon?

Brenda, you first need to click on the Contact Us page (link at the bottom of any page) then click the chat ballon as below.
