Contacting seller by replying to purchase confirmation

Yes, TM changed that some time ago. They also removed the subject line 2 years ago from some of the emails they send buyers and sellers if you click on the other members email address from the TM emails. No idea why they think some purchases and sales should be treated differently, but emails are very inconsistent in their function and look and feel.

Yes, this no Pnumber or description in Subject bar causes issues, as some buyers also use another E-Mail address and not their Trade Me one, get some asking for total and combined shipping & you have no idea who they are,

all they have in subject bar is trademe Lol!, not helpful at all, as my E-Mail is strictly for Trade Me & with 57 sales on Monday alone?,
