Hello faith. Here are some solutions for you.

1. You can still send an offer to people who have watchlisted your item in most cases

2. You can contact Trade Me using Live Chat. Click Contact Us then the blue chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen

3. There is a pre-ticked Ping box when you make a listing. You can untick it if you must, but nearly everyone likes Ping

4. To select the emails you want go to My TradeMe -> Settings -> Update Email Options. You can turn on or off the ones you want to get. The emails also have an unsubscibe link at the bottom of them. You can use that to get to the same place.

Fixed Price Offers are still very much a part of Trading - for those who are unable to use this in the interim you do have to Relist the item(s). - This is an area which is hoped to be restored asap for those yet unable to use this.

As well as contacting TradeMe via their "Live Chat" facility Members have been asked to file our reports through the "Tell us what you think" link on the Desktop site page you are experiencing missing or changed features within as these reports go direct to the correct Team who look into that particular issue and enhancements on the site.

The Ping option is said to be a preferred Buyer option as it comes with the Buyer Protection clause hence that option now being pre-ticked. - It can be un-selected on the Price & Payment screen whilst creating your Listing(s)

How do I verifyy ping so I can make a purchase I was never notified and there's no where to verify it...I got the trade me thing in my account but it didn't match nor was there anywhere telling me next step

If you have the 0.01c deposit in your account you use the reference number on that when you reply to the email Trade Me sent you to verify your bank account. (Don't forget to check spam/junk if you can't find the email) 

If you have the 0.01c deposit and are certain you have no email from Trade Me outlining the next steps you can contact them via Live Chat.

What happens when you attempt to make a payment for purchase using the Ping payment option? - If you didn't have a Bank account set up already to purchase by Ping you would be asked to enter your account number then & there. - Are you getting an error message come up?

Is your Ping account in Debt? - You will need to clear the Ping debt to a $0.00 balance.

Where have you been asked to verify Ping?
