How do I get a buyer removed from being a trade me member

Kia Ora Maree,
If you Blacklist this Member they won't be able to Bid, Buy Now or Ask Questions on your Listings coming forward. - There are no forms to report repeated bidders who don't pay for their winning items However when you apply for your Success Fee Refund from those sales TradeMe will be noting the Members account who pulls out the Trade, repetitive behaviour will reach a threshold where TradeMe will impose account restrictions accordingly. - Cheers.

Thank you! There used to be a form to submit to trade me but I couldn’t find it. Thank you for clarifying they removed it and what the process is now.

Check out Bidbud where you can add a limiter to prevent bidders under a certain feedback % (that you choose) from bidding on your auctions. Sorts the wheat from the chaff quite nicely.

Yes, many years ago there was a form to alert Trade Me, so would be noted on their account,
Now you see same ones are just repeat offenders, until someone reports their bad feedback,
and worst of all they give sellers bad feedback and get away with it?, and sellers stuck with undeserved feedback?, because trade me will not remove it? yes, system is very broken now,
But the fear of getting accounts disabled, is they can always come back on a new account, and muck you around again?,

Hello Maree, I suggest that you go to the words Contact Us, at the bottom of your Trade Me pages, then, when a blue bubble appears on the right-hand side, click on the blue bubble, and type-in Talk to a person. Then you will be put through to a Trade Me staff-member, so that you can do an online-chat, to report and detail your concern.
