Not receiving address from buyers

All OK here over the last few days. Occasionally I get the first line chopped off, but that's a pretty well known issue that has been happening for years without a fix.

The only other time I get it is if a buyer has deliberately done it. I have a couple of super secret squirrel buyers that refuse to have their actual address on Trade Me. They send the full address through later via email.

Have you checked the address all ways? Does it appear like that on both your email and the link within Trade Me that shows the address? There is also a link to print a Packing Slip with the buyers address on it.

Hi Tom. I occasionally get an address come through with a broken email address in the phone number field and the odd one without an actual delivery address, but it's only occasionally. Sometimes it's for addresses where there are things like 3/201 and sometimes people have typed 3\201 in error, which can break the TM field formatting. There are many emails every day from TM eg Feedback received emails, that are missing parts in titles and subject lines due to special chars being used or too many commas in titles of listings, but it's been like this for many years.

Many buyers do think that their address is sent automatically, but that's not the case. The buyer always has to select or choose their address from their set up addresses when they buy with Buy Now, but if they win something by bidding, they have to manually go back later on and either email the seller their address or send it manually through Trademe.

Cheers. This is what shows on the TM sold page (I generally do everything from BB). Do you reckon the "," could be causing the problem in those fields?

Could be. Best thing to do is to check with the buyer and ask them to confirm what they have on their delivery address page. They may have more than one delivery address set up and made an error with one.
