1. Buyer not following through with sale. 2. Wrong feedback placed.
AnsweredBuyer purchased, emails sorted for payment, buyer then has not been replying to emails or been on TradeMe for over two weeks.
Tried to find a TradeMe contact to sort out issue but this appears to be the communication link?
Also because this buyer has mucked me around, I gave bad feed back [but unfortunately to the wrong buyer who had purchased another item from me and they were very good] - so I deleted the incorrect feedback but now can't place good feedback on that sale.
What gives to sort both issues out ?

Hi Wally.
For the buyer who hasn't paid you would send through a fee refund request. I'll add a link explaining how to do that.
For the incorrect feedback, once you delete it you can't place it again. So nothing you can do there I'm afraid.

Hi Wally are you aware of the live chat option Trade Me have it allows you to talk directly to a Trade Me staff member about your issues.
Live chat is available by clicking on the contact us section at the very bottom of any page then selecting the blue chat option on the bottom right side of that page ask to speak to a person and you will be connected to a staff member. Live chat is only available during business hours so will be available again from 8am when Trade Me staff are back online.

Kia Ora Wally,
Sorry to read of your experience with that Trade,
Have you checked your spam/junk email folder incase their email went there? - If you have messages enabled it would pay to check there also - this is a common mis-connect between Buyers & Sellers. - The next step is generally to send a reminder email nearing the end of the 7 days & if that goes unanswered place a friendly feedback letting them know you have emailed a couple of times, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you - feedback can be changed after the Trade is sorted though it can only be changed the once. - As you are now at 2 weeks it would pay to place a reminder feedback. If you hear nothing after the 7 days you apply for your success fee refund, as Callum has advised, which can initiate an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - in these circumstances TradeMe will either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item(s) or you will hear from your Buyer.Reference: Problems communicating with the buyer – Help - Trade Me - Cheers.0
