cant crop/edit photos on my auctions anymore

Might be easier to crop them on your phone or camera or whatever device you are taking the photos with / uploading them from.

yes ive been cropping them thru trade me so think i will try loading them to my phone first thanks

Kia ora, Sorry for the trouble – we’re upgrading some background systems that power Trade Me. While we do this, some features like the ability to crop and rotate photos are unavailable for a small number of listings.

In the meantime, you'll need to use the photo editor on your device to adjust your photos before adding them to your listing. 

Have the upgrades been completed? Because I can't edit my photos. I get a pop-up saying 'there was an error transforming your image'

In the meantime you are best to follow Gary-NZStocked advice to edit your photo's on your device prior to uploading them to TradeMe.

I'm a Member like you - I'm not TradeMe staff so I can't comment on the upgrades completion as such though I suspect enhancements have a way to go yet. - You can add your report through the 'Tell us what you think' link at the bottom of the page you are viewing that error message on, this will go direct to the Team who are responsible for that particular part of the site. - Cheers.

Yeh I can't crop pictures either. It's a pain and needs to be sorted by trade me. We are paying for the service so we should get service.

Hi Megan, James, & Mark, yes, I am stuck on the new-look, and my photos are messed-up, too. I first reported this fault to Trade Me, months ago, way back in mid-July, but the fault has still not been fixed!

I have no intention of using My Products, as it seems to be Trade Me's way of just trying to cop-out from fixing this problem, and other problems with their new-look.

I have just wasted over 2 hours today, relisting 80 auctions, because the multiple quick-list is broken, and has been like that for several weeks now. When I click-on the Edit on my Unsold page, the small blank boxes appear, but they no longer work, so I therefore can't do a quick relist, but, instead have to relist each auction, one-by-one. The date-order, of my current listings, is muddled-up, too.

If Trade Me was truly "Sorry for the trouble" - as they said they were, 3 months ago, in this Post - then surely you would have thought that they would have made fixing this problem a priority, and resolved it by now, months later!
