Missing shipping options in new-look

Sorry to read you are having trouble Listing your item,
TradeMe are currently Upgrading their system and implementing some changes within the New Look TradeMe site which may have affected some Listings in certain categories.
For Help with your particular Listing you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen.
Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Any screenshots and Listing numbers you may be able to provide will help staff to see what is happening for you and can be attached within the Chat session.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.-1 -

Your Listing is definitely Live, in the correct category complete with all normal functions, Add to Watchlist, Place Bid & Ping shipping option included & a Live Q&A section - All the Best for your Sale😊

Yet..on my listing it is still showing no bid or watcher options. No NZ post or Aramex courier options available.and still says "only I can see these options".

If it is not sorted in the next 20 minutes or bit more..i will have to withdraw it for the 3rd time. To avoid the withdraw fee.

This is the shipping section on the Listing...
Therefore a Buyer will contact you to discuss shipping after purchasing your item or ask you for the cost quote via the Q&A section.
This is an area TradeMe staff are aware of and hopefully a resolve fix isn't too far off - Cheers.

Yes i had to choose the..to be arranged option. As there was NO aramex or nz post usual options there.
This is also one of the issuse in this listing happening. Pity i cannot send screenshots.
Oh well will have to withdraw it again.And hope for the best in listing anything more in the future.1 -

Yes! TradeMe know the shipping calculator is missing for a few categories atmo' - Let's hope it is resolved asap.
If you can get back to the Classic (Old) TradeMe Desktop site you may be able to pick the calculator up though several Members are now locked into the New Look site.
To get back if you scroll to the very bottom of the Desktop page and select the words in fine print 'Desktop site' you more than likely will be sent to your Account details page in the New Look - it's the step you take from there that takes one back to the Classic (Old) Desktop platform. - Not an obvious move and one hang of a workaround which does not work for all Members who have been forced onto the New Look though it is currently still working for me and a few other Members have also been successful.

Adrian when you view your listing while logged in you always get the "Only you can see these options" message
You wouldn't want random people to be able to see and implement things like "remove leading bid" which appear on that page.
If you log out and view your item, it should appear as normal.

Kia ora Adrian, S and Callum are correct here – your listing was created and live, it's just that you see different options as the seller as to what prospective buyers see. For adding shipping costs to your listing, the calculate courier costs feature is unavailable on some listings at the moment but you can still use Book a courier to check prices and ship the goods once sold.

You need the correct courier costs on your listing so the buyer knows what they will be paying in total ,
also I sold an item and could not book a courier it was not showing on my sold items so I had to do it manually .
Also noticed on some items the category cannot be changed once your item is listed

Kia ora Carolyn, you can use Book a courier to get estimates which you can then add to your listing (via editing it if it is already live) as specific costs instead of using the 'to be arranged' option if you prefer. You'll need to enter an address of some kind to generate estimates and you can then cancel the process rather than proceeding with a booking. Calculate courier costs while creating a listing is unavailable for some listings while we upgrade some of our systems in the background, and this is a workaround in the meantime.

Hi where has the local delivery option gone , its always cheaper to send within Auckland , the new shipping options are
North Island, Non-rural $10.60 North Island, Rural $16.30 South Island, Non-rural $11.43 South Island, Rural $18.43 1 -
I still have this exact same issue. It is very annoying having to list things and not being able to calculate courier costs from the same area. How are trade me going with a fix for this?
