Thansk Gary! The export sold pages link worked! The other two took me to the new formats. I've heard back from Trade Me on my query and have been advised that there will not be an option on the new page to export listings, and that I should try "My Products" instead.
Unfortunately my old desktop view disappeared about a month ago so now I am stuck on the new downgraded interface which I hate so much.Other issues I have is that I can't bulk quick relist - I select all, hit "Quick Relist", and the popup window shows all listings but confirms only one listing is to be relistedI am not receiving notifications of sold and paid items on the iphone app, even though notifications for these settings are toggled on. I had to amend my notification settings a week or so ago as I kept getting annoying marketing notifications, but turning these off also seems to have...
I don't seem to be able to find how to export listings on the new interface - I used to be able to go to sold, click "last 45 days" and export a csv. Now we have to contact Trade Me and request that this data is sent. Or have I missed something?
Thanks Gary & Flossy. I am not In Trade, and only switched to My Products because the new changes to Trade Me have made what used to be a simple process- relisting unsold items- very time consuming. I am so incredibly frustrated with Trade Me at the moment
I recently switched to My Products to get around the removal of the bulk relist feature on ended listings. However, I’ve just noticed that My Products doesn’t have the “Allow buyers to make an offer” feature at all…. Or maybe it does, but I can’t find it! So now when an item relisted, I have to manually go into each listing on the app and toggle the Make an Offer function. So basically any time I save my not having to individually relist each item is now spent editing each item when it relists. Am I missing something? The Trade Me platform going from bad to worse?
A bit of a laugh for your Wednesday morning... The buyer ended up buying and paying by Ping before I replied to her question about trying the dress on. I emailed and said welcome to view, not comfortable with her trying on in the house. When she turned up, she insisted on trying the dress on - in the garden! Then asked for a mirror to be brought out so she could look at herself! I relented and said she could come inside, but she was adamant that the mirror be brought out to her. It was the most awkward trade I've ever completed
Thanks everyone for your responses :)
Hello, I just want reassurance that I'm not being unreasonable. I am selling a ball gown for <$150, with a lot of photos and as many measurements as I can think of on the listing. Someone contacted me a few weeks ago wanting to view it before buying. I told her that she should "buy now" and then come to view, and if she didn't like the dress, I wouldn't hold her to going through with the trade. I don't want to put my contact details on a listing as this is against TM T & C, and for privacy reasons. I heard nothing further, have been relisting the item each week, and last night the same pers...
