“Make an Offer” is not available through My Products

I recently switched to My Products to get around the removal of the bulk relist feature on ended listings. However, I’ve just noticed that My Products doesn’t have the “Allow buyers to make an offer” feature at all…. Or maybe it does, but I can’t find it! So now when an item relisted, I have to manually go into each listing on the app and toggle the Make an Offer function. So basically any time I save my not having to individually relist each item is now spent editing each item when it relists. Am I missing something? The Trade Me platform going from bad to worse?

Rebecca, I can confirm My Products does not currently have and has never had the Make an offer option.

As Gary said above,

Make an offer is only for Casual Sellers, not Intrade, so is not a feature in My Products,

It is a combined platform for both Intrade and casual sellers, So does not support the make an offer that is solely for casual sellers, I too have gone to my auctions on personal account and manually added it, on selected auctions only,

as originally the make an offer was only for app users and was not available to desktop to users, but that changed earlier this year,

Thanks Gary & Flossy. I am not In Trade, and only switched to My Products because the new changes to Trade Me have made what used to be a simple process- relisting unsold items- very time consuming. I am so incredibly frustrated with Trade Me at the moment
