I have sold 5 items to a buyer on 30/12/23 at 8:14pm and emailed at 10:23am the following morning (Saturday) to organise payment and pickup. I received an email later that day (4.04pm) from her asking for suitable time to pick up. I responded saying I have already emailed through the pick up address etc and asked her to check her emails. I have since received a couple more emails from her. She hasnt paid for the items. I raised this issue last week and no-one has looked into it or contacted me to fix it. Why is it so hard to get in touch with anyone at Trade Me about issues with their website? Would appreciate someone from trade me getting in touch.
It would be really helpful if Trade Me added an explanation of how to list somethign as a $1 Reserve in teh email advertising for the special fees or as a topic under Help. I want to create several today to take advantage of the reduced fees offer, and was looking for a $1 Reserve category, but there wasn't one. Yet, there is a $1 Reserve search listed under Stores in the Browse. I am guessing if you list and item for $1 with $1 reserve that would work?
