I am getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of features available on listings. I have previously been advised to engage with the chat feature - which is a bot and not a person. The bot also gives instructions which cannot be completed as the relevant buttons on the page have been removed. So what now? How do I edit feedback? How do I claim back success fees when a buyer does not complete the sale?

With this new "improved" format, I am unable to apply for success fee refund. There is no option to click the - having problems with sale - link that used to be there. It has disappeared along with all of the other helpful features that used to be available such as; postage amounts carrying over to each listing, only having to upload photos once (not clicking out and realising they are not there and having to re-upload,) having a make an offer feature etc. Trademe have also rejigged the site so it is near impossible to contact customer service. Hi Michelle, I have emailed the team and get a standard response. Much like yours. The site is not getting any better and I am having to use other platforms to sell items due to the restrictions on listings during the "upgrade". A straight answer on when and if these features will be back to normal would be helpful. Thanks
