How on earth do I get a success fee refund?!
With this new "improved" format, I am unable to apply for success fee refund. There is no option to click the - having problems with sale - link that used to be there. It has disappeared along with all of the other helpful features that used to be available such as; postage amounts carrying over to each listing, only having to upload photos once (not clicking out and realising they are not there and having to re-upload,) having a make an offer feature etc.
Trademe have also rejigged the site so it is near impossible to contact customer service. Hence, the post here. If anyone is able to advise on how to claim back success fees, please let me know.

Hello Nicola. This gets asked on here all the time. As explained in the help file, unfortunately for Trades in the "new look" (Reference starting with KP) you need to contact Trade Me directly via live chat to get these ones done.
