Please wave your magic wand and alter the feedback to read positive - delivery mishap rectified, thank you for the trade. I have tried, but I'm now putting this in the too hard basket and pouring myself a wine. My brain cells are now too few to risk any more by wading through any further incomprehensible helpful how tos. Sad really, as I said earlier, it used to be so easy...😥
We used to be able to do this fairly easily, but I am having problems now. I won an item that was delivered to the wrong adcress, posted neutral to get sellers attention when email failed, parcel has now turned up, and I need to change feedback. But going to desktop on my page means I can't find the Won item I need, and trying to do it on the sellers page by flipping that to desktop just sends me back to my own page. Weirdness... Help please! 😁
This' bids after close' thing has just happened to me, several times, on the same auction. First time in all my TM auctions that it has happened. I assumed it was a glitch, but it seems not. But at least I'm not the only one...
