Community Supervisor Angel, please forgive this ancient human being, the system is just too hard. Dispute report #389837 refers to the trade. Please wave your magic wand and alter the feedback to read positive - delivery mishap rectified, thank you for the trade. I have tried, but I'm now putting this in the too hard basket and pouring myself a wine. My brain cells are now too few to risk any more by wading through any further incomprehensible helpful how tos.
Sad really, as I said earlier, it used to be so easy...😥

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Michele,Feedback is being reinstated in the New System, we just haven't been given a timeframe for this, it is a Highly requested feature! - I'm not TradeMe staff, I'm a Member the same as you, our badge tags say Super user - Confusing I know though you can tell when staff do pop in a Comment as their badge tag states Trade Me staff followed by which team they are from, like below...

As much as I wish I could wave that magic wand it's not in my hands unfortunately,
To contact a staff member directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours. - Cheers.0 -
Ahhh, see? Trademe life has become so complicated, even magic wands are too hard to wave, lol. But thank you nevertheless. I shall suggest to my seller she disputes the feedback, she may have better skills at negotiating the maze...

Yes! it is rather a maze to amble through currently, - I have forwarded your request through to TradeMe staff for you, it will be a shame if your Seller doesn't get your positive feedback so hopefully a staff member can help make the change for you from here. 😊

If you select the Listing to open it you may have the ability to edit it from there - if you aren't able to refer to the 3 ways of how to get back to the Classic Desktop site where this feature remains available - Changing Feedback – Help - Trade Me
If you still need help you can contact a staff member directly for assistance through their Live Chat facility which instructions are also in the Post referred to above. - Cheers.
