I guess for me the biggest issue is that I dont have a choice. If I want to sell on TM outside Christchurch I HAVE to use Ping & Afterpay or go elsewhere. I sell my second hand stuff I dont use anymore or Ive upgraded years or clothes/shoes or the odd thing I sell for a couple of people who dont have PC's or or are older & dont want to deal with the internet. Ive lost a lot of weight over the last three years. I have 5x sizes of clothing that too big for me now. I upgrade certain items every 4-6 years (major electrical) before the warranty runs out. They are easier to sell with a bit of war...
I just want to clarify something as there seems to be a contradiction. The changes mean no more success fees (great). But when you sell, you can only use Ping, Afterpay & Cash. The reason is stated to protect Users as 90% of scams use Bank Transfers. And, Buyers Protection is raising from $2500 to $5000. But Buyers Protection states whats covered and whats not covered (see link below). It states that Fraud is not covered by Buyers Protection. So what happens if someone uses a stolen credit card, the money goes to PING, the seller sends the item, and the seller is paid. Then later the charge...
Im having multiple problems using trade Me. Ive been in touch with someone but Im waiting on the outcome. I cant credit to my account something comes up everytime saying 'too early'. Ive used both credit cards instore & online in the last four days so its not my credit card. I cant book a courier, the same message. I tried clearing my cache, logging out & logging back in, restarting my PC. Ive had no issues using my PC on other sites. So, its TM. Anyone else having issues?

Thank you for all the responses. I like the suggestion to use the app and get questions sent to my phone. First I have to work out how to use my new phone. Just got a S25 Unltra after having the same phone for years. Ive had it less than a week & the jump in technology is huge. I like to answer questions as soon as they come through but Im not doing a very good job without the dropbox. Why did TM removed it?
Hi. Before the changes to TM you used to see all your auctions & had a drop down box that allowed you to view questions.Its gone now so unless I go in to each auction, I can see which auctions have questions. How do I find buyers questions as Im not going to click into each auction to find them. Im missing questions which I dont realise have been asked until the auctions have closed & I go to relist. It freaking annoying. How do you find questions. I hate this new site format. Its not helpful or better.
I have had the weirdest thing happen, that's never happened before. Had buyer contact me the day they bought item (over a week ago) asking for shipping cost. Sent that & 2 more emails -the last today. Got reply from email today (same one that emailed me last week asking for courier cost) & the same email I replied to every time saying, 'sorry you got the wrong person & email'? WTH?
