Contacting TradeMe help
5 days now ... peak selling time .. my non commercial trademe account hs been down for 4 days now. Repeated (I say again) repeated request thru the system has not produce 1 human answer and my site still does not work shadow60.
I am at my wits end and probably have to send a letter by courier to trademe ... the best selling period of the year .... gone ..
Hope someone can help

I am sure you have already checked your emails, to see if there has been a restriction placed on your account?
Are Trade Me aware you are running 2 accounts? They can shut one down if they become aware you are running 2 accounts but haven't informed them of that.
