Hiya - I've sold an item and already charged the buyer the Aramex courier rate (significantly less than NZ Post's rate). I've just tried to book a courier but there's no longer an Aramex option. This is kind of annoying because the difference will now have to come out of my pocket, and I didn't make much on the trade anyway. Anyone know what's going out? Kia ora - I've had this a few times now, that I start a listing but it doesn't appear for 30 minutes or more on the site.  It's frustrating because I want to be able to control when my listings appear, so they aren't swamped by bulk listings by professional sellers - I know when their listings appear so I try avoid those times, but of course that doesn't work if I can't control when listings go live. Any clues appreciated. 

Keen for some advice: I've bought a number of items but emails to the seller bounce back, and clicking on 'payment instructions' directs me to an error page. The seller has now contacted me with payment instructions via a private message. Is this legit? Or should I try to cancel my purchases? It's not a heap of money but I still don't want to lose it. Thanks for reading.
