What happened to Aramex courier option?

Hiya - I've sold an item and already charged the buyer the Aramex courier rate (significantly less than NZ Post's rate).
I've just tried to book a courier but there's no longer an Aramex option. This is kind of annoying because the difference will now have to come out of my pocket, and I didn't make much on the trade anyway.
Anyone know what's going out? Has Aramex pulled out?

Kia ora Peter, couriers are in hot demand and may be temporarily unavailable depending on the number of bookings they’re currently processing. If your chosen courier is unavailable when you try to make a booking, you can use a different courier or try again the next morning.

flossy63 Community SuperuserAnother thing that can prevent a courier from showing is the address format sent buy buyer through Trade Me, always try and enter it manually, it may then bring up both Couriers,

Interesting - I found that today too - interestingly, sending to someone I sent to via aramex 4 weeks ago - now no aramex option - but the same price as aramex - very unusual!
