  • In our listings next to the price is a TM inserted word in brackets (each). So if you are selling 10 widgets as a pack or lot, and you state in your listing that listing is for 10 widgets, but next to the price TM have written "each". So this automatically puts uncertainty and confusion in the potential buyers mind if the price is per unit, or price is for all 10 items. We all know people dont read listing details properly (if at all in some cases) and they just Zero in on the price with (each) sat beside it.  I get so many questions each week asking if price is for each unit or for all 10 ...

  • If you are sending a parcel to a post office for "counter collection", will the PO only accept NZP parcels, or will it accept all couriers?

  • I have this annoying message from TM keep popping up on my screen. I am already up to date with my browsers, so it is needless. When I get the message, I click on the TM tab, it takes me back to TM, but then when I want to browse, it takes me straight back to this screen, an endless circle I cannot escape from. What do I do?

  • I was just browsing through TM help info and suddenly found info on tyrewise stewardship fee, which as I understand is a levy on tyres to help process them at end of life. I had never heard of it before ( never sold tyres) and according to TM it must be mentioned in all tyre listings that this includes the stewardship fee in the price. So I looked through lots of tyre listings and only found one listing with this. If TM demand this, then why dont they  1/ state in the tyre listing process that this is required , and 2/ enforce it. Im sure hardly anybody listing tyres knows about this obscur...

  • I resently met a buyer on TM who was very unhappy with TM. He said he had rung their 0900 number and been charged $100 for it. Im scratching my head puzzled as I thought TM had deleated all their phone number for customer service, and never had an 0900 number, which I belive charges by the minute. Anybody throw any light on this? He was very very very unhappy with TM

  • Im trying to blacklist a trader. I get as far as putting their name in blacklist box. But when I click go I just get a banana error coming up. Are others getting this?

  • I have found an issue with TM cutting off a lot of the picture once you open a listing. The full picture is there when you look down through the gallery of the members listing, but, as soon as listing is opened, it gives an expanded view of only the middle of the picture, the rest is gone.  It is happening on the desk top version and the phone version, although it cuts off a lot more of the photo on the desk top. I have gone back into "my photos" part on TM, and the full picture is in there ok. Anybody else having this issue? Examples listings 4347033808 and 4345237465

  • I don't use TM mobile phone app except for sale notifications. However the other day I was trying to find how to locate the payment instructions on there. could not find any where. I use desk top normally, and its in your won items folder. Anybody help?
