Check your won items to see there are two of the same thing, if you've only paid for one reach out to the seller and let them know what happened and that you don't need the second one. Sellers are generally really understanding. If you've paid for both and used Ping, the seller is able to refund you. 

Kia ora Gary-NZStocked and toolwarehouse, I've just heard from the team that a fix for this has been rolled out. It looks like it was a problem affecting the morning of the first day of the month.

Kia ora samoir, as long as the username you choose is available you should be able to change it. You can change your username once every 30 days, so it still pays to be sure it's one you want. When you change your username, members who have you as a saved seller, or have bid on your listings will still get notifications about your listings.

Kia ora ptchevy, you should be all good to book a courier with the size and quote that you get.

Kia ora gclare, sorry for the hassle you're having, I've passed your feedback on, you can also give us feedback directly via "Tell us what you think" toward the bottom of Trade Me pages. The issue where your Unsold items are missing from your folder is a known issue, I've added your example for the team looking into this. The other issue you are having where there is no info about the 50 character limit or a character counter looks like a potential bug, I've also passed this on to the team.

Kia ora ptchevy, at this stage there isn't a change to our Book a Courier pricing, but we will let you know ahead of time when there is a price change coming.

Kia ora simony1, the issue you're having where buyers are are clicking delivery but its saying that its a pickup sounds like a bug, I've sent you an email for more information. Due to the changes we're making some features are temporarily unavailable for some listings, including Ping payment notifications and changing categories. For now you'll need to check your sold items for payment. The workaround for changing categories is to withdraw the listing and create a new listing from scratch in the correct category.
