Kia ora Michelle, thanks for the quick response. I keep the app up to date and it logs in fine through the browser. I had a go at those troubleshooting tips last week, but still similar behaviour. I saw there was a recent app update (229.0), which I have just updated to. Not sure if there are any login fixes in that release, but if not then hopefully the near future. Cheers
I use the Trademe app on a Samsung S24 FE. Log in was working fine, but after a recent update the app logs itself out regularly. Then when trying to log back in, it will take multiple attempts for the app to launch with my account/profile/wish list etc. To confirm, I am using the correct password. To test, I enter an incorrect password and get the "username or password inccorrect" message. When I enter the correct password, the login screen just clears and my account doesn't launch.
