Kia ora Simon, thanks for reaching out, have you tried any of the the tips on our troubleshooting page? If you can let us know what version of the app you're running and what you've tried - can you log in OK on other devices / via the desktop site?

Kia ora Michelle, thanks for the quick response. I keep the app up to date and it logs in fine through the browser. I had a go at those troubleshooting tips last week, but still similar behaviour. I saw there was a recent app update (229.0), which I have just updated to. Not sure if there are any login fixes in that release, but if not then hopefully the near future. Cheers
