3 or 4 login attempts required to access account

I use the Trademe app on a Samsung S24 FE. Log in was working fine, but after a recent update the app logs itself out regularly. Then when trying to log back in, it will take multiple attempts for the app to launch with my account/profile/wish list etc. To confirm, I am using the correct password. To test, I enter an incorrect password and get the "username or password inccorrect" message. When I enter the correct password, the login screen just clears and my account doesn't launch. Sometimes if I attempt login with the correct details, the login screen will clear (remove content from the fields), but it has actually logged in. So I'll hit the x at the top of the page and I can then use my account. This is inconsistent though. Any advice or fixes for this? Cheers
