What can I do if someone one has written possitive feedback but face theyve selected doesnt match?
No contact back from buyer
In this case negitive face but happy buyer

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserI've had this happen before and just contacted Trademe as the buyer just could not fathom how to edit it, despite my step by step instructions. TM edited it to correct the face colour as after they read it, it was obviously a mistake. You can use the usual dispute feedback contact info as below.
