Notifications - Make an offer not being received by mail

It seems I have received offers from buyers, but
a) there has been no email notification, nor any offer showing on the product listing, when these have been made. I have only seen these when clicking on notifications.
b) Under the notifications, there is no info about when the offer was made, and no option (can't click on it) to be able to contact the buyer who made the offer.
Any idea how to get notified of an offer, and why I can't do anything with the notifications? There is still no offer showing on the product listing itself.

Are you receiving all other TradeMe emails okay?
Make an Offer offers don't appear publicly on the Listings themselves, these are private between the Buyer & Seller. - They are only valid for 24hrs which could help explain why you can't interact with the ones in your Notifications - you only have 3 options, to Accept, Decline or make a Counter Offer, you can't interact with the Buyer by any other means until a purchase is made and the Listing has closed.
You could try putting the TradeMe notifications address on your Whitelist on your Email program also. Refer to Problems receiving Trade Me emails – Help - Trade Me
If that doesn't help you can contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance here - they will be able to confirm if any email notifications were sent out to you - Cheers.

I have had similar issue ,so months on TM has not fixed the glitches. I missed out on two good priced offers as they expired before I actually saw them. No email notification or contact information for the bidder. If the bidder has items for sale I guess they can be contacted through their listing but mine didnt. Super frustrating so I removed Offer opton from my vehicle for sale list. Hopefully by next check in it will be fixed
