Cannot find courier tracking number
AnsweredAfter site 'upgrade" the sold items page has lost a lot of info. Of particular concern is that the Courier/Tracking details are not there. Are they available elsewhere, or do I have to ask the seller?

Presumably you mean your Won items page Tony. The courier tracking details are only added to the desktop site won items page IF the seller uses a booking system that's integrated with Trademe, in which case you will have been emailed the tracking number if booked through Trademe, or IF the seller has ticked the box if they are using a 3rd party provider. This is presuming your address details are correct for the courier companies so the booking can be made automatic rather than manual. If you haven't received an email, then yes, contact the seller to ask. If it's the new mobile site then I think the courier details are in the listing when you click into it rather than being displayed on the won items page itself on the desktop site, but I don't have any won items that have courier details on them at the moment to double check.

Using the Desktop site I still have the courier Tracking info' in my Won Items although I am fortunate my Won items is still in the Classic (Old) TM site - Cheers.
